Sunsetting Our CME Program: What’s Next?

What is happening to CME on Figure 1?

The activities in the CME & Education Center in the app will no longer be available as of February 28, 2025.

Can I download my certificates after February?

If you have previously completed courses, you can still download certificates and course credits remain accredited through 2026.

What activities can I claim credits for and what is the deadline?

The following is a list of activities and their expiration date. Credits cannot be claimed for activities with expiration dates before today’s date. CME Expiration Dates

Can I bulk download my certificates?

No, each certificate must be downloaded individually.

Why can’t I download my certificates?

If one of your certificates says No certificate available or if you click to download your certificate and there’s an error message, it means the activity has expired and the certificate is no longer available for download.

If one of your certificates says “generating certificate…” click into the activity to complete it again and enter your credentials when prompted. The activity certificate will be generated. If you continue to have issues, contact support, support@figure1.com.

I am outside the U.S., and I am not receiving support to download my certificates.

After February 28, 2025, certificate support will not be available outside of the U.S.

Why is CME ending?

We’re shifting our focus to areas where we can offer the most impact and value to our members. While this means retiring some features, we’re excited about upcoming improvements and new resources.
