How can I set a new password?
From the Log in page:
- Click Forgot your password?
- Select either Email me a log in link or Reset my password
If you’re already signed in and would like to reset your password:
- Click your profile icon
- Click Account settings/Settings
- Click Manage my account
- Click Reset my password
Instructions will be emailed to you. You will be asked to follow the link provided, where you will then enter your new password. Your password must be at least six characters long. Please note that the link expires after one hour.
I forgot my username/the email address I signed up with, now what?
If you have forgotten your username, try entering your email instead of your username on the Log in page.
If you have forgotten the email you used to sign up, try entering your username instead of your email on the Log in page. Please note this field is case-sensitive.
